OUR STORY
The League of Nigerian Women (LNW), Inc. is a registered non-profit organization established in 1997 to meet the growing needs of Nigerian Women in New York and the surrounding areas.
Our primary goal is to promote the welfare of Nigerian Women and their families.
As women of African descent in America, our loyalty is not only to our communities in America but to those back at home. We serve these communities through dedicated services. In today’s society, life has become very complex and challenging. Issues affecting families all over the world, particularly in Africa, continues to be dire and LNW has paid particular attention to these needs.
Since the inception of LNW, many of our programs have been dedicated to helping the needy both in Nigeria and the United States.
